Continuous Microalgae Control System

MACS (Continuous Microalgae Control System) is unique system that can clean water (seawater or fresh water) from microalgae and microalgal blooms.

MACS can clean water from all unwanted microalgal contaminations quickly and easily without any damage and detract to composition of natural water.

Until now, microalgae cleaning systems were very expensive and had very high production costs. However, MACS uses microwave and ultrasound technologies at the same time with low energy consumption and speed cleaning and purification.

Main System Parts:
1- Vacuum pump: Sends water to the system.
2- Particular Filter: Filter all grains that come from natural water.
3- Microwave sterilization: Sterilize all microalgal contaminations (for mutual cells).
4- Ultrasonic sterilization: Damages to microalgae cell walls (for young cells and spores).
5- UV sterilization: Last sterilization.
6- Microcomputer: Detects all inputs that comes from sensors and manage the system for administrator’s needs.
7- Sensor Kit: For microalgal concentration, temperature, pressure, speed control, etc.
